Greetings!
My regular gaming group, The Barons of Bellevue, ceased playing our AD&D2e campaign after the most recent session. The game lasted 2.5 yrs but the DM was ready to step down and log some time on the players' side of the screen. With the opportunity available, I stepped up to run a C&C campaign for the group. I ran two sessions of C&C at GCX and had so much fun with it that I decided to give it a go rather than default to my usual AD&D.
None of the members have played C&C so I'll guide them through character creation, a crash course on the SIEGE engine, then run a brief demo so they can get their feet wet. My adventures are what I like to consider "tough but fair" so if the players make good choices and don't encounter bad luck with the dice, they have a decent chance at success; otherwise, thems the breaks. :) When everyone makes a session, which is rare, I'll have seven players. I hope one of the regulars plays a knight!
I don't have much experience with The World of Aihrde as a setting but decided to start things in New Aenoch with the first adventure already planned. Thereafter things will most likely progress to the A series for some fun at Blacktooth Ridge.
Ye Olde Zombie Master,

Sounds great.. fun for all... Our newest man to step behind the screens is using the Aihrde world.. he likes it, I'm trying to learn it. Check out the group write up under Crusades monitored by InFerno.
